Welcome to the vibrant city of Delhi, where your journey to enlightenment begins! On day 1 of your Yoga and Meditation tour in Haridwar and Rishikesh, you will arrive in Delhi, a city steeped in history and culture. As soon as you step off the plane, you'll be immersed in the hustle and bustle of this incredible metropolis. From the delicious food to the fascinating architecture, Delhi is a feast for the senses. Take a deep breath and prepare to embark on a journey of self-discovery, as you explore the wonders of yoga and meditation in the serene and spiritual destinations of Haridwar and Rishikesh. Get ready to disconnect from the chaos of everyday life, and reconnect with your inner self on this transformational journey.

Day 2 of the travel package is an exciting day filled with cultural and historical exploration. Starting early in the morning, the tour takes you to some of the most iconic landmarks of Delhi, including the Red Fort, Jama Masjid, and Raj Ghat. You will get a chance to experience the vibrant energy of the bustling streets of Old Delhi, filled with colorful bazaars and street vendors selling delicious food. In the afternoon, the tour takes you to explore the modern city of Delhi, with stops at the India Gate, Parliament House, and the Presidential Palace. Throughout the day, you will have ample opportunities for yoga and meditation to help you stay centered and grounded during your journey.

Today, we embark on a road trip from Delhi to Rishikesh which takes around 5 hours, making a pitstop at Haridwar along the way. Haridwar, situated on the banks of the sacred river Ganges, is known as the Gateway to God and is considered a significant pilgrimage site for Hindus. After exploring the town, we'll head towards Rishikesh, a charming town nestled in the lower Himalayas and surrounded by scenic hills. Rishikesh is widely recognized as the Yoga Capital of the World and serves as a starting point for important Hindu pilgrimages such as Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri, and Yamunotri. In the evening, we'll witness the mesmerizing Aarti ceremony at the river Ganges, a spiritual experience not to be missed. Upon arrival, we'll check into our hotel and prepare for another day of adventure and exploration.

On Day 4 of the meditation tour, begin the morning with a refreshing yoga session at the hotel. Later in the day, we will visit Laxman Jhula, the famous suspension iron bridge that holds a significant place in Hindu mythology. The bridge offers stunning views of the Ganga River and its cool breeze will rejuvenate your senses. We will also visit Ram Jhula, another suspension bridge similar to Laxman Jhula, built recently between Shivanand and Sawarg Ashram. Geeta Bhavan, located just across the Laxman Jhula, is also on our itinerary. The place is adorned with beautiful paintings and statues depicting Hindu mythology. We will end the day with an overnight stay at the hotel in Rishikesh.

On day 5 in Rishikesh, the day begins and ends with rejuvenating yoga sessions. These sessions provide an opportunity to connect with the body, mind, and soul in a serene and peaceful environment. The rest of the day is left at leisure, allowing for personal exploration and relaxation in the tranquil setting of Rishikesh. Whether it's wandering through the streets, indulging in local cuisine, or simply enjoying the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape, there is no shortage of activities to engage in. The day ends with a peaceful night's rest at the hotel, ready for whatever adventures the next day may bring.

On day 6, the journey from Rishikesh to Delhi covers a distance of 225 kilometres and takes around 5 to 6 hours. The morning drive back to Delhi offers a scenic view of the surroundings and a chance to reflect on the experiences and memories created during the trip. Upon reaching Delhi, the tour concludes with a transfer to the international airport for the onward journey.
